The terms that apply when you use this website and when you place a manufacturing order with Velnox Wear.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Velnox Wear website and any quotation, sample or production order placed with us. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on the specification supplied at the time of enquiry, including fabric, construction, branding, quantity and delivery destination. A quotation remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to the specification may change the price and lead time.
3. Samples
Sampling is charged separately from bulk production. Sample charges cover pattern development, materials and labour. Where agreed in writing, sample costs may be credited against a subsequent bulk order that exceeds the agreed quantity.
Bulk production begins only after you approve a sample in writing. Approval confirms fit, fabric, colour, branding and finishing.
4. Orders and minimum quantities
Minimum order quantities are quoted per style and per colourway and are confirmed with your quotation. An order is confirmed when we receive your written approval and the agreed deposit.
5. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable to start production and the balance is payable before dispatch. Bank charges are payable by the sender. Goods remain the property of Velnox Wear until payment is received in full.
6. Tolerances
Apparel manufacturing carries accepted tolerances. Measurements may vary within the tolerance stated on your approved specification, and dye lots may vary slightly between production runs. Digital screens do not reproduce colour exactly; colour approval is based on physical lab dips or swatches.
7. Delivery
Lead times are quoted in working days from sample approval and receipt of deposit. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, customs inspection, material shortages or force majeure.
Duties, taxes and import charges in the destination country are your responsibility unless expressly included in your quotation.
8. Inspection and claims
Goods are inspected before packing. Any claim relating to quantity or visible defects must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and affected quantities. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, designs and tech packs you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to produce your order. Patterns and production documents we create remain our property unless purchased separately in writing.
Velnox Wear branding, website content and photography remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Confidentiality
Designs, specifications and commercial information shared with us are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties other than suppliers involved in producing your order.
11. Liability
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of sales or loss of opportunity.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your order applies to that order.
