Consultation & Requirement Review stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 01
Understanding the product before quoting it

Consultation & Requirement Review

We review your product idea, target customer, quantity and price point, then confirm what is realistic before anything is quoted. If a specification will not work at your volume or budget, we say so at this stage rather than at sampling.

  • Category, quantity and launch date confirmed
  • Reference garments or tech packs reviewed
  • Indicative pricing and lead time issued
Design, Tech Pack & Material Selection stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 02
Turning the brief into a buildable specification

Design, Tech Pack & Material Selection

Our team produces or refines your tech pack: pattern block, measurement chart, construction notes, trims and branding placement. Fabric options are shortlisted with weights and compositions so you can compare handfeel against cost.

  • Pattern block developed and graded
  • Fabric headers and trim options supplied
  • Branding and label placement mapped
Sampling & Approval stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 03
Nothing goes to bulk unapproved

Sampling & Approval

A pre-production sample is made in your chosen fabric and sent for review. We record your comments, revise where needed and issue a final measurement sheet. Your written approval of that sample becomes the reference for the entire order.

  • Pre-production sample produced and shipped
  • Revisions handled until the fit is right
  • Signed-off spec locked for bulk
Bulk Production stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 04
Planned capacity, tracked progress

Bulk Production

Bulk fabric is inspected on arrival, then cutting, printing, embroidery and sewing are scheduled against your delivery date. You receive progress updates at cutting, mid-sewing and finishing so the timeline is never a black box.

  • Incoming fabric inspected before cutting
  • Production scheduled against your ship date
  • Progress photos at agreed milestones
Quality Inspection stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 05
Checked against your approved sample

Quality Inspection

Garments are inspected in-line during sewing and again before packing. Measurements, stitching, print registration, trims and labelling are checked against the approved specification, and an inspection summary is shared with you.

  • In-line checks during sewing
  • Pre-shipment inspection to an agreed AQL
  • Inspection report shared before dispatch
Packing & Worldwide Dispatch stage of the Velnox Wear manufacturing process 06
Retail-ready and export-documented

Packing & Worldwide Dispatch

Orders are folded, tagged, polybagged and cartonised to your presentation standard, with barcode and carton marking where required. We prepare export documentation and coordinate air, sea or courier shipping to your destination.

  • Retail-ready folding, tagging and polybagging
  • Carton marking and packing list prepared
  • Air, sea or courier shipping coordinated
