FAQs
Answers Before You Place an Order
Minimums, sampling, fabrics, lead times, shipping and branding — the questions brands ask us most often.
MOQ & Sampling
Minimum quantities, sample costs and how first orders work.
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style per colourway for most casual wear and sportswear, and 100 pieces per style for fitness ranges that require custom fabric dyeing. If you are testing a first drop, tell us your target and we will confirm what is workable for that specific style.
Yes. Sampling is quoted separately because it covers pattern development, materials and dedicated labour. Sample charges are typically credited against your bulk order once the order exceeds the quantity agreed in your quotation.
A first sample usually takes 7–12 working days from confirmation of the tech pack and fabric selection. Revised samples are faster, generally 5–7 working days, since the pattern already exists.
Yes. We recommend it for any new block. A size set lets you check grading across the range rather than approving fit from a single sample, which reduces the risk of a costly correction later.
Fabrics & Customization
Material sourcing, testing and the branding options available.
You can. Nominated fabric is welcome provided it arrives with a specification and passes our incoming inspection. Where you supply the fabric, wastage allowances and responsibility for shortages are agreed in writing before cutting.
Woven and printed labels, heat transfer labels, embroidery, screen print, puff and high-density print, sublimation, silicone badges, appliqué, custom drawcords, zip pullers, hang tags, branded polybags and printed cartons.
Colour is approved from physical lab dips matched to your Pantone reference, not from screen images. For sets, we match lab dips across every fabric in the set so tones align on the finished range.
Yes. Recycled polyester, organic cotton and cotton blends are available with supporting supplier documentation. Certification requirements should be raised at enquiry stage so we source from a mill that can supply the paperwork you need.
Production & Lead Times
Scheduling, capacity and what happens during bulk production.
Bulk production usually takes 20–30 working days from sample approval and receipt of deposit, depending on quantity, fabric availability and the branding involved. Your quotation states the lead time for your specific order.
Repeat orders are produced against the specification signed off on your first run, using the same pattern, fabric reference and trims. Dye lots can vary slightly between batches; where an exact match matters, tell us and we will reserve fabric from a single lot.
Yes. Visits can be arranged with notice, and we also work with third-party inspection agencies if you prefer an independent check. Inspection reports and progress photography are provided as standard.
You hear about it early. If a fabric is delayed or a component fails inspection, we contact you with the impact on your date and the options available, rather than substituting materials without approval.
Shipping & Payments
Payment terms, freight options and delivery documentation.
Standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance payable before dispatch. We accept bank transfer and, for established accounts, letter of credit. Terms are confirmed on your quotation.
Yes. We ship by air, sea and express courier and prepare the export documentation your freight forwarder or customs broker needs. You can also nominate your own forwarder and we will hand over at origin.
Duties, taxes and import charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless your quotation expressly states delivered-duty-paid terms.
Private Label Branding
How we keep your brand — and only your brand — on the finished product.
No. Every order is produced under your label. Our name does not appear on the garment, the packaging or the shipping cartons unless you ask us to include it.
Yes. Artwork, tech packs and specifications are treated as confidential and shared only with the production team and suppliers working on your order. We are happy to sign your NDA.
We produce branded hang tags, printed care labels, custom polybags, tissue, stickers and printed cartons. Retail-ready folding and barcode application are available if your goods go straight to a distribution centre.
